Malins Pools guarantees all of our pools and spas against failure and defects in workmanship for 10 years for residential projects and 5 years for commercial products. All Malins Pools warrantees are non-transferable and are only valid for the original homeowner.
Our warrantee does not protect against:
Defects caused by workmanship by other contractors or damage caused by misuse
Costs incurred by repairs by other contractors
Damage caused by natural disasters
Damage caused by improper use of pool chemicals and cleaning products
